Jake Auchincloss is an American politician. He is the Democratic nominee for Joe Kennedy III’s House seat in Massachusetts, District 4.
He is the son of physician and scientist Laurie Glimcher, and Hugh Auchincloss.
Jake’s paternal grandfather was Hugh Auchincloss (the son of Dr. Hugh Auchincloss and Frances Coverdale Newlands). Jake’s grandfather Hugh was born in New York. Hugh was the son of Edgar Stirling Auchincloss and Maria ‘Maggie’ Sloan.
Jake’s paternal grandmother was Katharine Lawrence Bundy (the daughter of Harvey Hollister Bundy and Katherine Lawrence Putnam). Harvey was an attorney, who served as special assistant to the Secretary of War during World War.
