His father was born in Cambridge, Massachusetts, U.S., to French Jewish parents, and was raised in France. Milo’s mother, a visual artist, was born in Famalicão, Portugal, and moved to France when she was five. His brother, Solan Machado-Graner, is also an actor.
Milo’s paternal grandfather was named Georges Graner. Georges was of Hungarian Jewish parentage, and was an expert in Jewish genealogy.
